Morning lemonade
750 ml fresh spring water
Juice of a lemon
1/4 tsp camu camu powder
1 tsp MSM powder
5 drops zeolites
4 oz cat's claw bark tea (strongly brewed... 5 gms for each 1.5 liters of spring water

Breakfast--Seed milk
3C spring water and 1/4C mixed soaked seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, flax, and black sesame seeds)... seed pulp strained and milk used.
1 oz strong reishi mushroom tea
1 oz goji berries
2 Tbs maca powder
2 Tbs cacao powder
2 tsp shilajit
1/8 tsp whole vanilla bean
1/4 tsp cordyceps mushroom powder
1 cardamom pod

1C spring water
5 drops zeolites

Iced tea
4C spring water brewed with hibiscus, lavender, and grapefruit peel.
Added 2 tsp agave nectar and the juice of 1/3 lime

Lunch--Salad
5 small kale leaves
2 chopped radishes
4 drops marine phytoplankton
1/2 tsp spirulina/chlorella powder
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp holy basil
1 Tbs nettle leaf
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp Bragg's liquid aminos
1 tsp raw hemp seed oil
1/2 tsp cordyceps mushroom powder
Juice of 1/4 lime
Sprinkle of black and cayenne pepper

Tea

Snack-- 1 radish

Dinner--Salad
1/4 zucchini noodles
1/8C tahini
1 tsp fresh dill
Pinch of Himalayan sea salt
Fresh black pepper

4 raw cookies (made with seeds, pineapple, coconut shreds)
